Hair and Scalp Care Tips
Take two bananas and mash them into a smooth paste. Mix in two tablespoons of honey. Apply this mixture to your hair and wash it after half an hour. This is a great solution for dry hair, making it shine like silk.
To prevent hair from turning gray, mix equal parts of amla juice and sesame oil, and apply it to your scalp.
In a small bowl, crack one egg and beat it well. Add the juice of one lemon and four tablespoons of yogurt to it. Apply this mixture to your scalp and leave it on for half an hour. Then wash your hair with shampoo for soft, shiny hair.
Boil garlic cloves in coconut oil, strain it, and apply it to your scalp daily to turn white hair black.
Soak amla powder in an iron vessel overnight. In the morning, apply this mixture to your hair using a brush. Wearing a shower cap prevents the mixture from dripping. Wash it off after an hour.
Just as sunscreen is used for skin protection while going out in the sun, hair products with sunscreen can be used when you have to stay in the sun for long periods.
If you’re experiencing excessive hair fall, grind one onion into a paste and mix it with a spoon of honey. Apply it to your scalp and rinse with cold water after an hour.
Boil one cup of raw rice in three cups of water. Once cooked, strain the rice and let the water cool. Apply this rice water to your hair at least three times. Rinse with cold water afterward for thicker hair.
Sometimes the scalp itches all over. Instead of scratching, try beetroot juice as a remedy. Cut fresh beetroot into small pieces and extract thick juice using a mixer. Apply this directly to your scalp. After half an hour, wash with warm water for shiny hair.

After drying ingredients like shikakai, peas, amla, curry leaves, lemon peels, and fenugreek, grind them separately and mix them to create a hair wash powder that helps remove greasiness, making hair shine.
To grow healthy hair, it’s essential to maintain a good diet. For those who prefer long hair, a protein-rich diet is beneficial. Foods like lentils, buttermilk, eggs, legumes, chicken, and paneer provide necessary nutrients for hair growth.
Even with good shampoos and conditioners, some people face issues like dandruff and hair fall. They should understand that hair care involves more than just using shampoos and conditioners; a balanced diet is also crucial.
Rubbing wet hair can cause breakage and lead to split ends. It can also damage hair strands. It’s best to comb through dry hair gently to maintain its health.
If you’re troubled by dandruff, it’s easy to get rid of it. Grind amla seeds into a powder and mix it with lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your scalp and wash after half an hour to eliminate dandruff.
For dry hair, mix half a cup of coconut oil, coconut milk, yogurt, and the white part of one egg. Apply this mixture to your hair, leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse.
If you’re struggling with dry and dull hair, take fresh fenugreek leaves and grind them finely. Mix them with thick yogurt and apply to your scalp. Wash with a good shampoo after half an hour for soft hair.
For weak and thin-looking hair, it’s essential to be more mindful. Use one cup of papaya and banana pieces along with half a cup of apple pieces. Blend them together with a little water to form a smooth paste. Strain this mixture and apply the juice all over your scalp, then wash with warm water.
To prevent hair fall, grind fenugreek seeds with water and apply to your scalp, rinsing after 40 minutes. Doing this every morning for at least 40 days will show excellent results.
For healthy hair, a nutritious diet is vital. Many people wonder what type of food to consume. Before planning your diet, it's good to check for conditions like anemia, thyroid issues, or dandruff.
Anemia can also lead to hair fall. To prevent it, a diet rich in iron is necessary. Foods like meat, eggs, fresh green vegetables, lentils, corn, millet, oats, wheat, figs, and apricots are good sources of iron.
All types of citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C. Vegetarians consuming iron-based foods should also include vitamin C-rich foods in their diet.
If the bristles of your comb or hairbrush feel rough, stop using them, as they can damage hair. Avoid placing brushes near high heat from hair dryers, as the heat can damage them.
