గ్రీన్ టీ: 

గ్రీన్ టీ 1 టేబుల్ స్పూన్, లెమన్ 1/4 స్పూన్, హనీ 2 స్పూన్లు, ఒక గ్లాసు నీళ్లు. వీటన్నింటిని బాగా మిక్స్ చేసి 3 నిమిషాల పాటు కలపాలి. ఈ జ్యూస్ ని రోజుకి రెండుసార్లు తాగితే మంచి ఫలితం ఉంటుంది. తేనె: తేనె రెండు టేబుల్ స్పూన్లు, గోరువెచ్చని నీళ్లు ఒక గ్లాసు తీసుకుని బాగా మిక్స్ చేయాలి. ఈ నీటిని ఉదయాన్నే పరగడుపున తాగితే బెల్లీ ఫ్యాట్ కరుగుతుంది.

ఈ మధ్య నాకో వ్యాది గురించి పోస్టు పెట్టడానికి , నాకు క్లారిటీ రాలేదు. దీని నిమిత్తం మా కొలీగ్ ,మా ఫ్యామిలీ డాక్టర్ ని ,బిజీగా లేని టైములో ఓ ఆరు నిమిషాలు చర్చ చేశాను .. బయటకొచ్చాక నర్స్ 500 ఫీజు అడిగింది. సరే !మరలా లోనికి వెళ్ళి సార్ తో మాట్లాడి రెండు వందలు ఇచ్చి వచ్చాను.

అది సరే ! ఆ విషయం ప్రక్కన పెడుదాం . ఆరోగ్య విషయాలు సేకరణకు , పోస్టు తయారీకి టైం పడుతుంది . అవేమీ రెడీగా వుండవు . కరెక్ట్ సూత్రాలు కొన్ని బయటకు రావు. ఇది తెలియకుండా కొందరు ఇలా చాటింగ్ లో ప్రవర్తిస్తుంటారు.

ఒకరికి ఓ రోగం నిమిత్తం అడిగితే ? కొన్ని పోస్టులు పంపాను . సార్ మీరేదో నన్ను పెద్ద రోగిననుకుంటున్నారా !

Giving health advice or posting about health is like walking on a knife's edge! What one doctor says, another may not agree with. One patient's condition might not be the same as another's. Some may find relief with Facebook tips, while others may see their condition worsen. Health matters can be extensive; if you have a problem, you need to study the full details of that condition. You should know what treatment helps, what the future side effects might be, and how one disease can lead to another.

You need to patiently gather information.

Recently, I wanted to post about a particular condition, but I lacked clarity. So, I discussed it for about six minutes with my colleague and our family doctor during a time when they weren't busy. When I came out, the nurse asked for a fee of 500. Fine! I went back in, spoke with the doctor, and paid 200 instead.

That’s fine! Let’s set that aside. Gathering health information and preparing posts takes time. They won’t be readily available. Correct principles may not always come out. Without realizing this, some behave like this in chats.

Some smart people, when chatting and someone mentions something odd, will ask, “Why?” and instead of typing it out, they shorten it to "wy?"

For that, I have to explain in detail... If they still have doubts, they will ask even at midnight. Some even emotionally blackmail others under the pretext of an illness.

Some ask for methods or shortcuts instead of proper advice. They want good doctors’ names but make no efforts themselves. Some request yoga instructions over the phone.

They don’t even explain how they are applying the advice they received. I asked someone after a while how their health was. They said it was good. When I asked why they hadn’t told me, they replied, “Sir, it seems you expect a result (name).” They advised me to give free advice to everyone without expecting anything in return.

When I asked someone about a disease, I sent some posts. They replied, “Sir, do you think I’m a serious patient?”

They commented that I’m just sending posts without meaning. But that person actually has a serious illness.

Some people will comment “great post” when I share about gas troubles if they’re experiencing those issues. However, if I post about sugar, they remain silent. They think, “It might help someone!”

They eat everything and when things don’t improve, they start panicking. Isn’t it important to learn about any disease?

Why spend hours at the doctor's?
